Gospel Sharing Training

Gospel Sharing to reach Oikos and street evangelism

Trained believers boldly share their faith

As front-line Japanese believers are trained in sharing the Gospel, they become empowered to reach their oikos and those they meet through street evangelism. They confidently and naturally live out their calling to share the Gospel, resulting in much fruit for the Kingdom. More specifically, through existing partnerships with No Place Left Japan and Total Church Forum, this pillar of the Matthew 13:23 Ministries framework has the potential to eventually serve each of the existing 7,000 churches in Japan. By empowering a grass-roots movement of evangelists amidst the laity, there arises the possibility of renewed and revitalized growth for the Japanese church.

In keeping with Christ’s teaching that, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few” (Matt 9:37), this program envisions thousands of new laborers entering the harvest of Japan. These lay-evangelists are the 1% of leaven that will leaven the remaining 99% of the Japanese population.
